Clash of Arms Acquires
The Naval SITREP!

The October, 1996 issue of The Naval SITREP will be the last issue published by The Viking Forge. After a little over two years and nine Issues, I have turned over ownership of the magazine to Clash of Arms Games. I have done this for a number of reasons:

The Viking Forge is first and foremost a small metal casting company specializing in military miniatures. In order to continue to produce high quality castings at an affordable price, I just couldn't devote the time and resources necessary to produce and distribute a magazine as well.

Mr. Charlie Spiegel, owner of Clash of Arms Games, has promised me that all subscriptions will be honored until completion. From now on, please send your checks for subscription renewals and all other correspondence to the following address:

Clash of Arms Games
The Byrne Building #205
Lincoln & Morgan Strects
Phoenixville, PA 19460

Mr. Spiegel has indicated that he plans to introduce a number of improvements to the magazine, so you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain. I personally recommend that you continue to support The Naval SITREP.

Mr. Larry Bond will continue to edit The Naval SITREP.

At this time I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the many subscribers and contributors who helped make The Naval SITREP the interesting and informative newsletter we all looked forward to seeing in our mailbox.
