Command at Sea No Sailor but a Fool, by Terry Sofian is in draft form for publication this Summer. The 64-page booklet includes rules and scenarios for amphibious warfare, coastal guns, and attacks on land targets. It will be out for Origins '96. Biplanes and Battleships is now planned for Christmas '96, and will include Fisher-Tirpitz, the rules for WW I naval combat. This is because the between-the wars battles of the 1920s and 30s would have been fought with WW I technology and platforms. Flag Lieutenant is in beta. Ed Kettler has created a referee aid for CaS that will generate Form 10s and 20s (actually they're called Forms 100 and 200) usable by CaS players. We don't have a release date yet, but watch this space. Harpoon Harpoon 4 , will be published in the Spring of 1996, in time for Cold Wars '96. We are assembling the draft now. The first supplement, Sea of Dragons, is in early development. It will cover the Spratlys and the Asian navies srrounding it.
