The Harpoon Users Group newsletter, C3I, has moved, and is back in publication. Edited by Carl Norman, with B.I Hutchison as president and publisher, it has a new look, and has expanded to 20 pages. A recent issue has an article about updates to existing US Navy ship classes, US defense policy, tactics for using a Ticonderoga-class missile cruiser, an order of battle of the Atlantic Fleet, a schedule of Air shows, and an description of the Russian 3M80 antiship missile. It's a full issue.
