Dave Schuler, who did such a good job with Harpoon Naval Review, is looking for submissions for the next issue. The first Review was published by GDW in 1994, and carried a mix of scenarios, ship forms, and articles on modern naval tactics. The next HNR will be published by Clash of Arms some time after Harpoon 4 is published (Spring '96). Dave is looking for material. He needs scenarios and articles. They can be longer than the two- or three-pagers that I need, since HNR will be at least 64 pages. The last issue included scenarios from the 1970s through to Yugoslavia, so be creative, but be complete. Dave needs finished, quality work, the more thorough and complete, the better.
