Those of us that have struggled to find premixed standard colors for US WW II camouflage schemes can rejoice. Floquil has released an extensive line of colors matching virtually all of the USN standard greys, blues and greens. For anyone who has worked with Floquil paints before, these are not the weird Xylene toxic-waste-based formula used for the Railroad colors. It's standard enamel, folks, although Floquil does recommend using their own thinner. I would have preferred waterbased acrylic, but this is still a very Good Thing. If you can't find them locally, write to Floquil- Polly S Color Corporation, 4715 STHWY 30, Amsterdam, NY 12010-9204.
