Mr. John Balsved’s excellent website on Danish Naval History at http://www.navalhistory.dk has a complete list of all ships that have served in the Royal Danish/Norwegian Navy from 1801-1814 and in the Royal Danish Navy from 1814-2001. You will find a list of the ships in service today. The site also includes a large section on the Danish Navy during the 2nd World War, with a great number of pictures of the scuttling of the navy August 29, 1943. A lot of these pictures have never been published before, and is published her in cooperation with the Royal Danish Naval Museum in Copenhagen. Mr. Balsved would also welcome your comments.
