The German K-130 corvette, will begin construction this year. It is the first warship designed to include UAVs. Details of the UAVs are unavailable, and probably have not been finalized, but they would be used for reconnaissance and over the horizon targeting. Details are also unavailable on the TRS 3D/16 radar. Other details of the weapons and sensor fit have not yet been decided. The Polyphem missile is described in the accompanying article.
