Referees can use this an idea list and as a guide for reporting to the players on their hoped-for Vonder Veapons. It needs a lot of interpetation and adjuustment for a specific scenario, but its a place to start. If there are multiple outcomes listed, roll a die. A low roll can mean one of the outcomes. A higher roll can mean, two, three or all occur. Weapons Development Results/PlanesIn Development:
