Based on a question from Darren Buckley, I've revised the stats for the Japanese destroyer Murasame:

OQS-5, OQR-1 M
Remarks:
Mk48 VLS may be modified to launch SM2MR Blk III, with msls launched and then controlled by Kongo-class ships when fitted with CEC. Harpoon may be replaced by SSM-1B, 76mm by 127mm.
Damage and Speed Breakdown:
Dam Pts: 0 39 78 117 140 156
Surf Speed: 37 28 19 9 0 Sinks
The fore and aft VLS launchers were incorrect as listed in Sea of Dragons. Also, she should then be rated as a DD, not a DDG. The only SAMs she carries right now are point-defense missiles, so she doesn't get a "G" rating. If she's refitted with SM2, that'll be a different story.
Thanks to Darren Buckley
