Made you look! This concept was displayed by the Systems Planning Corporation of Roslyn, Virginia at the Navy League's Air-Sea-Space Exposition. Designed to fool EO systems, it looks a lot like Measure 32 from half a century ago. The colors are a dark blue (a lot like 5-N) applied over the standard modern navy Haze Gray.
