Tim Charlesworth has sent in this photo of Minsk. He reports the hulk is anchored near the naval base at Chinhae, South Korea, under the control of the South Korean Navy. A South Korean company bought the ship from the Russians, then tried to turn it into a floating hotel/casino, but went bankrupt raising the capital. Now it sits, rusting "looking very much like a wreck," according to Tim.
