In Print Harpoon Fourth Edition is still in development, but should be out around Christmas. It borrows heavily from recent work on Command at Sea, and does much more to model sensor performane. It includes rules for ECM as well as stealth, IR sensors, and even energy weapons! On the Computer Harpoon II is out and has done well. Because of Three-Sixty's continuing financial difficulties, Intercorp/ Capstone has purchased the rights to Harpoon II and will be taking over production and future development. Intercorp has assured me that they will continue to develop the system. ACSI has taken over version 1.0 of the computer game and will be updating it for people who don't have high end machines. They will be adding some new features to the game, including the long-awaited inflight refueling. Alliance Interactive can be reached at (305) 423-4289. Miniatures Viking Forge has just released scads of WW II and modern 1/2400 ships. WW II releases include CV-4 Ranger, Farragut, Porter, and Somers class destroyers, ARS Diver, AP James Parker, Japanese CV Unryu and many more. They have also arranged to market the SeaBattle line of 1/2400 miniatures from Austria, which are excellent. I will provide a complete list in the next issue.
