This army relies on its hunting ability to herd and surround its enemies. Recent archaeological and anthropological evidence has revealed that the domestication of the wolf/dog was a turning point in stone age culture.

*The mammoths are included to add a bit of levity to a somewhat fossilized subject.

Camps may be skin-covered, mammoth-bone tents or convenient caves. Figure availability as of this writing is somewhat limited. I don't know of any 25mm cavemen. In 6mm and 15mm, Irregular Miniatures makes an almost perfect line, lacking only the immature youths with atlatls and the women with children. Animals and mammoths may also be had from Irregular Miniatures. I wish to acknowledge my debt to Christopher Salander, whose Prehistoric DBM Missing Link Army is the evolutionary ancestor of this army list.
