A hero figure can be included to add "flavor" to a certain battle, A hero uses the following rules 1) must carry out the same number of actions as the unit he is attached to (i.e. move, shoot, etc 2) can always move at the Skirmish rate. 3) can re-roll one missed shot and/or lost combat per game, 4) is treated as a leader for all other actions. 5) can be rifle armed. It is suggested that only one hero be used per side, depending on the battle being recreated.
