Bottom left - Stadia (stage). Bottom right - standing sight. In the drawing, the squarish plate on the bar has three aiming points. The groove on the top is for long range targets. The hole in the middle is for medium range targets, and the groove/hole in the hinge is for aiming at close-range targets.
