Lotsa stuff in the pipelines. Here's the latest official list on what's coming down through the end of the year. Going to http://dorkstorm.com will get you pix of everything on tap through October (the most recent official solicitation sheet). Dork Tower Button Men The DORK TOWER Button Men are finally done on my end. I'm not sure when Cheapass Games is thinking of releasing them, but they'll probably be in October or November. Cheapass WILL have the Presidential Button Men I drew available at Gen Con! So now you'll be able to play Al Gore versus George Bush, all in the privacy of your own home--although I'm more looking forward to Al Gore versus Kith and George Bush versus Kublai, myself. In case you're not coming to GenCon, James is letting me include the Presidential Button Men in the collection of my Editorial Cartoons (see below). Other DORK TOWER games to look out for from various companies: A yet-to-be-titled DORK TOWER card game; WARHAMSTER Role Play; WARHAMSTER 40K miniature game; DORK TOWER 25mm miniature figures. The big news is the release of DORK COVENANT: The Collected Dork Tower Vol. 1 (http://kovalic.com/dorkstorm/0010.html ) in October. The big change is that the PokeTHULHU shirt (http://kovalic.com/dorkstorm/0010.html ), originally scheduled as an October release, is being made available in time for the convention season. "The Wild Life Journals" and "The Wild Life Files" are both down to under 100 copies each. They probably won't last through this convention season. Also, "Wild Life: The Cardinal Collection" (the first book), should be gone after the September Diamond solicitation. Basically, all three collections will soon be out of print. Each is the 8.5" wide, 5.5" tall, 132-page comic strip collection format. I've got about another ten years' worth of Wild Life strips to collect, and will probably start releasing them at yearly intervals. But in the mean time, when the first three collections are reprinted next year (spring? summer?), I need to think about the format. The options are: Reprint them as-is, same covers, same format. Reprint them double-size (8.5" wide, 11" tall), so two collections would now be collected in one volume (the third book would be reprinted with some of the never-before collected material). Reprint them in a double-size book that's got more pages, allowing all three books to be collected in one volume.
