Late

by John Kovalic

Would you believe, "Happy New Year"?

Yuppers. The MUSKRAT-L list is that late.

It's a strange year. It's supposed to be 65 degrees Fahrenheit tomorrow, and there's not a flake of snow to be seen in the yard.

People, this is WISCONSIN we're talking about!

Every season, there seems to be a day or two that makes you long for the upcoming season. Spring is definitely in the air right now...even though there's usually a lot of Winter left in Madison by this point. I was even thinking of breaking The Trusty Hammock out.

But I shouldn't. A) it would probably sink three feet in the mud pit that used to be our backyard, and B) Life here is *incredibly busy. I just put in a week of workdays that stretched from 6 am to 10 pm. Which is a good thing, since it means there's work to be had. The bad thing is, right now, I'm exhausted.

There's a lot of stuff left off of this newsletter, including some REALLY big news coming down the pike. But it's late Monday night, and the only other thing I've got to do right now is listen to some Matthew Sweet, get this puppy out, then get some sleep. So the rest of the stuff can be saved for next time.

See you soon,

John
