    1 Support Company:

      CHQ: 1 rifle sqd
      1 platoon: 4 MMG
      0-1 platoon: 2x 81mm Type 99 mortars, Obsolete FC
      0-1 platoon: 4x 20mm Type 98 AA, pack horses

2. Brigade Support

    Infantry Brigade HQ: 6 rifle sqds, horses with up to:

    2 Artillery Batteries@ 4x 75mm Meiji 38M or 75mm Type 90 or 105mm Type 91 howitzers, horses, Obsolete FC

    OR

    2 Mortar Batteries@ 4x 81mm Type 99 or 90mm Type 94 or 150mm Type 97 mortars, horses or pack horses, Obsolete FC

    OR

    2 Mortar Batteries@ 8x 81mm Type 99 or 90mm Type 94 or 2x 150mm Type 97 mortars, horses, Obsolete FC

    OR

    1 Artillery Battalion:

      BHQ: 4 rifle sqds, horses, Obsolete FC
      1 battery: 4x 75mm Type 94 pack howitzers, horses
      1 battery: 4x 150mm Type 97 mortars, horses

    1 Engineer Company:

      CHQ: 2 rifle sqds
      2 platoons@ 5 rifle/engineer sqds, 1 flamethrower, 4 LMG

3. Notes

    a) Radios are in all Bttn HQs and above only.
    b) Infantry may have Type 2 rifle A/T grenades.
    c) The Brigade usually has 3 battalions, but can have up to six.
    d) Other brigades have 3 Regiments each of 2 battalions, with no artillery support other than battalion weapons.
