3. Brigade Support (actually divisional level)

Cavalry Brigade HQ: 8 rifle sqds, horses, trucks with:

1 Motorised Artillery Battalion:

    BHQ: 2 rifle sqds, 3 lorries, Obsolete FC, 4 AAMG
    1 battery: 4x 10.5cm FH18, 4x Sdkfz 11 or lorries

1 AA Battery: 6x 40mm Bofors, 6 trucks

1 Bridge Column: pontoons, lorries

4. Notes


a) Radios are in Bttn HQs and above only.
b) Infantry have no A/T grenades. A/T rifle is 20mm Solothurn.
c) Cavalry Brigades have 2 Cavalry Regiments each of 4 Cavalry Battalions; plus one Cycle Battalion.
d) In 1941 the two available Cavalry Brigades were incorporated into the Rapid Corps (Lists H13, or H4A and H12), and this list provides an alternative organisation for the Cavalry Brigades on List H13.
