May have Panzerwurfmine A/T grenades from mid 1942, and can have 1x Panzerfaust 30K from August 1942. c) APCR and HEAT rounds available where appropriate. d) The Division has 1 Panzer Regiment of 3 battalions, and two Panzer Grenadier Regiments with a total of 4 Panzer Grenadier Battalions, one of which can be armoured; and in some divisions, one Motorcycle Battalion. e) Panzer IIIL and Panzer IVF2 not before July 1942. Panzer IIIJ can have 5cmL60 from March 1942, and extra armour from April. f) Panzer III can be Panzer IIIE with 5cmL42. Can replace Panzer IVF1 with Panzer IIIN from October 1942. g) PanzerBef.IIIJ not before October 1942. Marder II and Marder III not before July 1942. h) OP Team can be in Panzer IIID, Kubel, Sdkfz 250/5 or Fi-156C. i) Up to one platoon of Panzerjager I can be replaced by 5cm PAK38 on Panzer 1B. j) Divisional engineers can replace trucks with PioneerPanzer II carrying 6 man squads. k) Reserve Panzer Divisions still had Panzer 38t Ausf E, S or G, and in France can replace up to 4 divisional batteries with 10.5cm on Char B1.
