5. Notes

    a) Radios are in all Tank CHQs up to 1943, in all AFV from 1944.

    d) From 1943 some infantry are American equipped if fighting in Burma, possibly organised as an American Infantry Division at battalion level (List A2).
    e) Organisation details are provisional.
