4. Notes

    a) Radios are in all AFV and other PHQ.
    b) Infantry squads have Hawkins A/T grenades.
    c) Recce A/C is Daimler II or Humber III or IV or rarely, AEC Mk.I or II or Stuart Recce. If Daimler II, up to 1 A/C per Troop can be fitted with LittleJohn Adapter firing APCNR.
    d) Artillery OP can be in Priest OP or Daimler S/C or Crusader OP.
    e) M3 Halftracks and Shermans do not have .50".
    f) The Division has 1 Armoured Brigade with 3 Armoured Regiments and 1 Motor Rifle Battalion, and 1 Motorised Infantry Brigade with 3 battalions. In 1944-45, the Motor Rifle Battalion can be organized as in NW Europe (list B1).
    g) Note in service date of: Staghound III(Jan'44); Sherman IIA(Oct'44); Firefly(Jul'44); Achilles & Archer(Oct'44); M10(Dec'43); Sexton(Dec'43); Crusader AA(Jun'44); Churchill AVLB(Jan'45);
    h) Up to 1 Sherman per Squadron can have dozerblade at front.
