4. Notes

    a) Radios are in all CHQ and AFV. All artillery is Assigned FC up to July 1942. After that is Flexible FC, with one OP team per battery in truck or Daimler S/C or turretless Marmon-Herrington.
    b) Infantry squads have No.75 Hawkins A/T grenades. By August 1942 the Boys were deleted, could have PIATs in 1943.
    c) The division has 3 infantry brigades each of 3 battalions.
    d) Divisional A/T Batteries do not have 6pdr until July 1942.
    e) From 1942 the divisional recce regiment can have Humber IIIs mixed in and can replace Daimler S/C with Humber Light Recce II or III.
    f) In 1942 25pdr has AP. From May 1942 the 2pdr has APC, and APCBC from August 1942.
    g) Can use Corps and Army support as Armoured Dvision lists B16, B#, B#,
    h) This list can also be used for independent brigades and Commonwealth infantry units in N. Africa up to July 1942.
