4. Notes

a) Radios are in all tanks and armoured cars, Carrier PHQs, and other CHQs.
b) Infantry squads have No.74 or Hawkins 75 A/T grenades.
c) The 11th Armoured Division has the 29th Armoured Brigade of the 23rd Hussars, 3rd RTR, 2nd Fife & Forfar Yeomanry Armoured Regiments and 8th Battalion Rifle Brigade Motor Battalion; and the 159th Lorried Infantry Brigade of 3rd Monmouthshire, 4th Kings Shropshire Light Infantry, 1st Herefordshire Infantry Battalions; and the 15th/19th Hussars divisonal Armoured Recce Regiment, and one Armoured Car Regiment attached from Corps, initially 2nd Household Cavalry, then the Inns of Court.
d) In practice the two brigades swapped units to form four battlegroups each of one infantry battalion and one armoured regiment as and when desired.
e) 3rd RTR appears to have one or more bulldozers, possibly Sherman dozers, and its Recce Troop has turretless Stuart V Recce with MG.
f) Diamler II can have Littlejohn squeezebore attachment firing APCNR.
g) Daimler II SOD ("Sawn Off Daimler") is unique to the Inns of Court Regiment, being a Daimler II armoured car with turret and front mudguards removed, and one or two LMG added to the open top.
h) Two OP per Artillery Regiment are in Sherman V OP tanks, the rest are in Universal Carriers.
