        3 platoons@ 4 man PHQ with rifles, 1-3 BAR, 3(12 man) rifle sqds,
        1 platoon: 2 MMG, 1x .50" HMG, 3x 60mm mortars, 4 man PHQ

      1 Support Company: CHQ: 2(8 man) rifle sqds

        1 battery: 6x 81mm mortars, 3 bazookas
        1 platoon: 6 MMG, 3x .50" HMG teams
        1 anti-tank platoon: 3x 57mm M1 A/T guns, 3 Jeeps
        1 mine platoon: 2(12 man) Carbine sqds, mines
        1 Intelligence & Recce platoon: 2(12 man) rifle sqds, 1 BAR

2. Regiment Support

    Infantry RHQ; 7 rifle sqds, 4x Jeeps, 6 trucks, 2 bazooka with
      1 A/T Company: CHQ: 2 rifle sqds, 2 trucks
        3 platoons@ 4x 57mm M1 A/T guns, 4 trucks

      1 battery: 6x 105mm M3A1, 6 trucks, radio truck, OP team in Jeep

3. Notes

    a) This Regiment fought in southern France and in Italy as Combat Team 442, and consisted of American born Japanese, who fought as ferociously as their far eastern counterparts.
    b) Infantry squads have M9A1 rifle A/T grenades. The 105mm M3A1 has HEAT.
    c) Radios are in all PHQ and possibly all squads.
    d) The regiment has 3 battalions of infantry, all of which can be motorised. A similar regiment fought in the Pacific.
