b) Infantry may have RKG-3 & RPG-43 A/T grenades, and/or Polish PGN-2 rifle A/T grenades. Sappers also have satchel charges. c) The 4 Infantry Regiments in 1961 each had 2 battalions. By 1965 there were 2 divisions each of 3 Regiments, plus a third division of 2 VC and 1 NVA (List VN3M) regiments. d) Infantry can replace bolt action rifles with SKS Carbines or PPsH41 or Thompson SMG, or occasionally from 1963, AK47 assault rifles. e) Some Sapper Platoons have 8 man squads. f) Note in service dates: PGN-2 (1962); RPG-2 (early 1965); 82mm B10 (1964?); 57mm M18 (early 1963); 75mm M20 (1964).
