4. Notes

a) Radios are in all squads and AFV. Artillery is Assigned FC.
b) Infantry have no known A/T grenades or disposable LAW.
c) The Mechanised Division has 1 Armoured Brigade of 3 Armoured and 1 Mechanised battalions; and 2 Mechanised Brigades each of 1 Tank and 3 Mechanised battalions.
d) The Armoured Division has 1 Mechanised Brigade and 2 Armoured Brigades.
e) This list is for divisions as deployed in the Gulf War in 1991 with optimum 'Americanisation'.
f) In the Gulf every Bttn HQ and Bde HQ had a US OP/Air Liaison team in 2x M557A2 or Hummers.
g) Sa-7 can be pedestal mounted in the rear of pickup trucks.
h) M113A2 Sinai has twin 23mm and 6x Sakr Eye. Sakr Eye is home built improved Sa-7.
i) Up to 1 in 3 tanks can have minerollers or mineploughs or dozers..
