3. Notes

a) Radios are in all squads and AFV.
b) Rifle is M1 Gerand. LMG is Browning M1919A4/A6. Infantry have M31 rifle A/T grenades. Infantry have M31 rifle A/T grenades.
c) The Pentatomic Divisions have 5 Battle groups, 1 Tank Battalion and 1 Cavalry Squadron, and one division retained a heavy tank battalion in Germany until 1959.
d) The Tank Companies and 105mm batteries are normally attached directly to the Battle Groups.
