3. Notes

a) C-141B SOLL has FLIR, SATCOM, RWR, IRWR, C/F, PNVG for low level insertion in sort of special forces missions.

b) Air National Guard units are apparently switching from 12 planes to 15 planes per squadron.

c) C-141B are converting to C-141C with GPS, SATCOM, RWR, IRWR, C/F from 1999.
