MINIWARS 2001 The Fall Campaign MINIWARS THE FALL CAMPAIGN will be held at the Verdugo Hills Boy Scouts of America Service Center. It is located at 1325 Grandview Rd. Glendale, CA 91201. It will be hold October 6th and 7th. The entry cost is $15.00 for non-members for the entire weekend. A one year membership in the PSW chapter of the HMGS is included in this entry fee. Current HMGS/PSW members will get in FREE. Public Parking is available both at the Service Center and on the public streets surrounding the Center. As of August we already have the following games lined up; SATURDAY MORNING: ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT Late war WWII. 15mm. Rules used; SPEARHEAD Beginners Welcome. REVOLT IN AFRICA Modern warfare. 15mm. Rules used; AK47 Beginners Welcome. GUTS AND GLORY WWII skirmish. 20mm. Rules used; GUTS AND GLORY Beginners Welcome. BLOOD IN THE SAND Early Medieval era. 15mm. Rules used; DBA (Double sized Armies used) Mamluk Egyptians/Khwarizmains vs. Seljuk Turks/Ilkhanids. Beginners welcome. BROTHER AGAINST BROTHER American Civil War. 15mm. Rules used; FIRE AND FURY Beginners Welcome. As of August we have Sunday wide open for games. Remember, this year we will be awarding the best looking game at the convention. You will be receiving a postcard in September updating the convention's PEL.
