Put Combat Studies Institute into your search engine. A number of CSI sites will show up. Any of them should connect you with "Publications." Pursue the specific title you want and eventually you will arrive at an index that allows you to read the publication or download it in PDF or HTML formats. The CSI Publications are one of the Army's best kept secrets. Now you know.
