Well I certainly learnt a lot from editing LW 104 and the time saved on this issue was well used in catching up on some urgent figure painting. Personally I enjoyed reading 104 when it landed on my doormat, because until Chris puts it all together it is just 40 sheets of paper! No Fantasy in this issue, not because Billy has failed, far from it but he submitted a monstrous article which nearly swamped me. You'll see what I mean in the future. Must make a special mention of the drawings done by David Barnes and Godfrey Bailey - excellent. I can only hope the detail comes out when we reduce them to A5. Please feel free to write with your comments and articles, all gratefully accepted. Work on LW 106 is well in hand, so if you want to make the deadline which is now (or the sooner the better) and give us the chance to publish before Xmas, put pen to paper and fingers to keyboards. The following work hard to produce Lone Warrior, thanks: Production & Distribution: Chris & Jill Constable. Keyboard Operators (sounds more 20th century than Typists, don't you think): Ian Duncan, Wendy Ellison, Elaine Hughes and me! Good Soloing.
