Not to be outdone Gerry Webb of CASTAWAY ARTS has released some new figures for their growing Sudan Campaign series. Amongst the new releases are the following figures Top left: Sudanese Gendarmes in Zouave uniform and Egyptian officer (in frock coat, pointing sword) and Bottom left: in various marching poses in campaign uniform. Other figures released include a range of irregular troops and some types that are generally not covered by other Sudan ranges. Top right: Bashi Bazouk, Sudanese Gendarme (in Zouave uniform), Egyptian Infantryman in head-cloth. Bottom right: Arab infantry, Sudanese infantry, Bazinger Rifleman. These are all of course beautifully proportioned figures with good detail and excellent casting - I have yet to find any flash or molding lines. Superb additions to your "Gordon in Kartoum" period of the Sudan campaign.
