Elections for the HMGS-Great Lakes Board of Directors will be held in January. Anyone interested in running for the board should send a brief biography to: The Herald, 184 N. Union St., Delaware, OH 43015 by January 3rd. Since issue no. 7 of The Herald was late coming out; the deadline has been moved back. All biographies will appear in the January/February issue of the Herald. Four biographies have already been sent in and are included in this issue. HMGS Gamedays will be held on the first Sunday of each month at the Soldiery. HMGS games will have priority for use of the game tables. Please contact the store to schedule events. There are gamers looking to play so somebody run something. Great Lakes is looking for a game coordinator for the Gamedays, if you are interested please contact Darryl Smith or myself.

Membership renewal dues are due 12 months after your last dues were received. Your renewal date is listed with your member number on the mailing label on the back of this newsletter.

Rally 'Round the Flag '95 was held on Oct. 6th through Oct. 8th and seemed to generally be a success (I received almost entirely positive feedback). I don't have the specifics yet on the turnout, but I do know that Rally '95 made a profit. Also, some discussion has already taken place about Rally '96, if you are interested in helping; get ahold of one of the BOD members.
