We've had some great Historical Miniatures game masters support Gen Con Indy in the past (we had 100 events in 2004 -- woo-hoo!). So, we look forward to working with many of you again, this year. Gen Con Indy will be held at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, IN, Aug. 18-21. This is a reminder that Event submissions for Gen Con Indy '05 have begun. Event submissions will continue through Monday, April 11. No events will be accepted after the deadline of April 11th! You can log on to the link below to the website for submission forms and the instruction pages for filling them out: www.gencon.com/displayindy.aspx?file=indy-gms. And take a moment to also read thru the "Event Host Policies" page posted there. It has important information about badges and ticket reimbursements. If you'd like to be included in the "Event Highlights" section of the program book, please send a 1-2 paragraph write-up to me by Monday, April 25. Sending a highlight does not guarantee inclusion, due to space constraints, and we reserve the right to edit your submission, but do feel free to include digital pics or logos with your highlights.
