This gun is available from www.brigadegames.com in the U.S. or from www.blacktreedesign.com in England. It can be purchased with either a German or Soviet crew. The Soviets used a copy of the Pak 35/36 with the only difference spoke wheels instead of the solid wheels on the German 37mm. Black Tree Designs uses the same model (with German wheels) for both the German and Soviet 37mm. However, the M-42 45mm gun used by the Soviets from 1942 throughout the war uses the same carriage and wheels as the German gun. The Soviets substituted a 45mm gun for the 37mm. You can too. How to convert a German Pak 35/36 to a Soviet M-42 45mm anti-tank gun: Tools needed
2. Hobby saw or wire cutter to cut the wire. 3. Super glue 4. The gun from the BTD 37mm Pak 35/36 or Soviet model of the same gun. Method
2. Cut a piece of wire 18/16th" long. 3. Glue the wire to the end of the gun. You are finished. Optional: Drill a 3/64" hole in the end of the gun before gluing the wire to it for added strength. I also ran the thick super glue I use around the joint between the wire and gun to both strengthen it and provide a more realistic seal. Let dry with the barrel/gun pointing up.
