Here is a post convention report on Battlefields, held in Westland, MI. This was the third year for the show. Overall, there was a good turn out (we had about 115 gamers at the convention). There were five dealers in attendance this year, and we also held our Flea Market. There was a Raffle with more than eight prizes. The dealers said that they had a good day. It looked as if all had a good day of gaming. Battlefields is both a Historical and Sci-Fi/Fantasy ALL miniatures convention. But at this time, most of the games are Historical. The same club that runs the Pro or Con shows in October runs this convention. All club members survived the day, so -- with that -- I would say it was a good convention. Thanks to all that came and played for the day. But many thanks to our wives for their help with everything, especially the concessions.
