Welcome to the latest issue of The Herald, and a special welcome to our new members. Great Lakes seems to be moving right along. As expected, we have had a lot of membership changes over the last couple of months, but input from the meetings and to The Herald indicates to me that we now have a very solid core of historical gamers. I think you will see many good things from Great Lakes through the year.

Several members have asked why various events haven't been mentioned in previous issues of The Herald. The answer is that I am a hermit that lives in a cave and was unaware of these events. Please send info to me about interesting events, and I will gladly put it in The Herald.
