On July 28, Smethurst's basement and HMGS Great Lakes will be hosting a one day convention in Reading, OH (a suburb of Cincinnati). We hope to attract new gamers to the hobby by making this con similar to the ones we had when we were younger. Just a bunch of friends getting together for an afternoon of gaming!! What more could one want?

Game Masters will be hosting the following events: DBA v2.0, JR III, Might of Arms, Chipco, The Sword And The Flame, Shako, and some homegrown American War of Independence, among others. A membership drive for HMGS will be included, hopefully bringing some new blood into our hobby. More details will follow, but if your in the area pencil us in!
