    *(Rich and Mike were tied for 3rd, Rich won the tie breaker).

Thanks to the Buckeye Soldier Shop for sponsoring the tournament. Special thanks goes to the Cleveland gang, for with out them, we would not have had our first 25mm tournament. Thanks to all of you for attending! Next year will be the 25th year of Capcon and will be held on April 12-14. Our tournament will be held on the 13th -- please mark it down. Other News

As no one else wanted the job as coordinator for the Region, I will remain at that post unitl such time that I: 1) am asked to step down 2) a vote is called for by at least two pepole in the region 3) 1 resign 4) run out of lead to paint, or I go to the big gaming table in the sky.

In addition to Doug and Dave, winners of the above tournaments, the following have qualified for the NICT: Rich Hartley (Summer Sword); Ron Holtz (Winter Sword); Dave Perry (Advance the Colors 2000); Jeff Fletcher (Regional Coordinators choice).
