The HMGS National Advisory Committee (NAC) will meet at Historicon on July 20. A set of operating procedures will be voted into place at the meeting. The primary function of the NAC will be to oversee that all chapters are meeting the chapter criteria as outlined in the operating procedures. On my return from Historicon, I will provide a copy of the accepted procedures to the Great Lakes Board, and also place a copy in the files section of the Great Lakes e-group site.
