I'd like to wish my fellow Great Lakes members a happy and prosperous 1999. Hopefully, the new year will be one of continued success for our chapter as well.

The holidays are always a quiet time for the chapters treasury, and the last two months were no exception. The following report is quite unremarkable, aside from the fact that income and expenses are almost identical. I would like to take this opportunity to put in a plug for our Advance the Colors'98 T-shirts, as we still have a few leftover.
