Low Cost Gaming Terrain #190 My gaming table looks like crap -- I mean it! I have always been a big fan of "flock and felt," and my games reflected that. I wanted to try to make my own terrain, but have always been disappointed with the results. I know what the stuff should look like. I have a Masters degree in Historic Preservation, having documented more historic sites, structures and houses than I can remember, but my models never approach even the appearance of the real thing. (HG. Walls, I ain't). Thus, I have been buying stuff. My most recent purchase is Terraform: Low Cost Gaming Terrain, 9" stone walls. They are a white cast resin and detail and quality is excellent. The price is good, too -- $4.25, for two walls. In the four walls I've purchased, (two sets), there were no casting flaws, bubbles, deformities or flash. This is quite a relief, as some models I have bought from other well- known manufacturers required filling, trimming and repair. That is a pain considering what I paid. I am looking forward to getting them on the table and tossing out my "Kitty Litter" walls. Even the cats wouldn't use them! Check out their Web catalog at: http://armorcast.com Overall: Highly Recommended (+).
