I have just heard from Hilton McManus of HMGS Gulf South and it is with deep regret that I inform you that Joey Lacour, founder and longtime President of that chapter, finally succumbed to cancer at 0600 hours, Sept. 9, after a long and courageous struggle. Please keep his friends and family in your prayers as they deal with this most difficult time.
