HMGS-Great Lakes Gamedays have taken off thanks to Eric Adamaszek and Darryl Smith. Eric has coordinated events at the Columbus Soldiery and Drowsy Dragon through December; while Darryl has arranged for events at the Tin Soldier in Centerville. Check out the Gameday section of the newsletter for information on those events. HMGS- National met at Historicon in July and approved provisional membership for HMGS-South, which is composed primarily of the Florida. Advance the Colors '96 is in great shape. At the time of this writing we have 39 historical miniatures events scheduled (with very little space left for additional games on Saturday) and eight dealers, consisting of The Elite Group, Homefront Hobbies, Dayton Painting Consortium, Modelers Mart, Outland Games, Sidney Hobby Shop, The Nafzieger Collection, and 19th Century Games.
