1. The Membership Secretary or his/her designee is authorized to have responsibility to record and update membership information. 2. The Dues Fee is Ten (10) dollars. 3. A record of the dues paid and dates paid will be accurately kept and updated as necessary by an individual appointed by the Board of Directors (typically the Membership Secretary). 4. Members are allowed into any Historical Miniatures Gaming Society event at a reduced fee. 5. Members have the right to vote at any authorized chapter meetings for officers, changes in by-laws, or other matters brought by officers for vote. 6. Members have the right to hold local or national office. 7. Annual membership runs from the month a member has last paid their required dues through that same month one year later. 8. Memberships may be renewed at any chapter event with a duly authorized H.M.G.S. Great Lakes officer or their designee or by mail to H.M.G.S. Great Lakes, P.O. Box 8, Trenton, Ohio 45067 or the H.M.G.S. Great Lakes Membership Secretary, 28 Carriage Drive, Delaware, Ohio 43015. 9. All memberships shall be individual and no membership shall be granted to groups, clubs, companies, partnerships, or any other multi-person entity.
