Here it is another year gone by since the last Guide to Manufacturers, and the Guide has expanded from 3 to 5 pages, next year I might add 54s to the list as my searches found at least a dozen firms making 54s in our period (plastic and metal). Those of you who game in 25mm should be pleased to see the expansion this year as there are many new additions. I understand that Irregular even have 2mm colonial figs. Both Minifigs and Falcon US and UK are back in production??? I am still trying to rundown more about the Falcon’s, but I think I got it right. Next year if I get a chance I will email each of the manufacturers and get an updated list/ad for the “Guide” issue. There are two pages of figure illustrations to go with the reviews so enjoy them, purchase them and tell the manufacturers (Castaway Arts, Eureka and Parroom Station) where you saw the review. Yeah, it helps me some but it helps you even more to see what’s available.

In a good way ‘I hate that Gerry Webb’ at Castaway Arts in Oz. He keeps making these great figures that I got to have. Every time I save a little to buy someone’s new figs, Gerry has beaten me to the punch with some really great figures. This time is no exception with his new cavalry -- both Egyptian and British -- and Naval Camel corps figs and Tuaregs to go with his FFL. Well, you know I just have to add these to my troops, but I wasn’t sure what kind of numbers I needed.

So I did a little research on the British Camel Corps and the Egyptian army.
