Orders For: Hicks Pasha
You are to proceed from Suakin to Berber and pacify the local population. A successful attempt to capture Osman Digna will be handsomely rewarded.
Your column will consist of the following:
- 7,000 Egyptian army regulars
400 Bashi Bazooks, mounted
100 Cuirassiers, mounted
4 Krupp Fieldguns
10 brass mountain guns
6 Nordenfelt machine guns
5,500 camels to transport supplies.
