I really like Cannon Fodder’s Yangpats, so I bought some Pulp Figures Chinese gangs figures to add to the Chinese pirate figures from Foundry and some Chinese gang figures from Tin Soldier. So my US Sailors two units for TSATF, can fight Chinese gangs/pirates 5 TSATF units. But with the Chinese Warlord stuff coming out I thought a few units would be useful, so I have now 3 TSATF Cannon Fodder units and three other Chinese warlord army units in a variety of uniform colors. At first I bought a unit of WL3 with bayonet and cap and officers WL1 and WL1b, Greg added a WL4 (advancing) which looked good so I ordered two units plus more officers, in the meanwhile Greg had made head variants (bare headed, in straw coolie hat, cap and billed hat) for WL4 which really looks great when the unit is together. He also threw in a variant for WL3 in billed hat without bayonet, for now those two are regulated to the Warlord’s guard, the original Cannon Fodder Warlord Guard being assigned to guard Pulp Figures Gang leader. They all look pretty good. The Cannon Fodder Chinese figures are about 25.5mm WL1b is 25mm WL1 is 28mm, which gives some nice variety to the other Chinese warlord figs available. The figures are $2.50AUD. The last order from Greg arrived in 5 days, amazing service.
