A couple of subscribers have written about gaming the 19th century Greek Wars and recently the ColonialWars group got some information on a figure maker I thought I would pass on to you all. Spiros Koumoussis, 34 Ithakis Street, P.Kokkinia 182 33, Piraeus, Hellas Greece (skoumousis@hotmail.com and www.geocities.com/spiroskoumoussis ) has figures for the Greek War of Independence 1828-29 in 15mm individually or in army bags (60 figs for £10) and the 1912-13 Balkan War in 28mm in packs of four or five w/officer (5 figs £4.20). It might prove interesting to use the Greeks on expedition to save one or more Greek traders in Africa or Asia from the heathen natives. Conversely, you could also use the Ottoman Empire, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian or Montenegro troops overseas particularly if you placed the Ottoman Turks against the Zanzabaris.
